Fillers

Popular non-surgical cosmetic treatment.

Our treatments

Temple hollowing

Temple hollows occur with ageing or after significant weight loss or illness. They create an imbalance in the face, which may sometimes be difficult to characterise. Temple hollowing is corrected with filler to take away the signs of ageing and restore the natural shape and contour of the face.

Cheek enhancement

One of the advantages of treating the cheeks is that it lifts the entire face and reduces naso-labial lines and jowls. The shape of the face can be reverted to a youthful you. With inadequate cheek volume, the face no longer has the natural youthful curves provided by fuller cheeks. Furthermore, the mid cheek can support the lower eyelid, and in many cases, adding volume to the cheeks can improve the appearance of under eye bags and hollows.

Jawline shaping

A well-defined and balanced jawline is a highly desirable look in both men and women. Jawline and chin filler treatments can enhance the overall appearance of the jaw and chin area. Fillers are an excellent way to shape and adjust a more satisfactory profile.

Lip enhancement

Treatment is not only used for more plump and ”juicy lips” but also to adress asymmetry, vertical lines and to replace the loss of hyaluronic acid with age.

Hand rejuvenation

The saying goes ‘If you want to know a woman’s age, look at her hands’. The loss of volume, appearance of spots and loss of skin elasticity makes our hands look old and “wrinkly”. The dermal filler will brings deep skin hydration to hands for lasting moisture, improving firmness, elasticity and smoothness.

What to expect after using filler

It will however take 2-3 weeks for the fill to settle into the lip tissue and achieve the desired look. Some fillers are more cohesive than others and will work more quickly. A review after 3 weeks is recommended.

Drinking plenty of water as the filler will absorbs water many times over so staying well-hydrated can improve the results of the dermal filler. Depending on the product the effect will last anything from 6-12 months.

Minor side effects like redness and mild swelling are normal, however, you should consult with a doctor if you experience more serious complications. These include intense bruising or swelling lasting more than a week, cold sores, pain, or changes in skin colour.

What aftercare is required?

Proper aftercare is important after lip injections. Filler needs to settle so please follow these tips to give your lips the care they need after the procedure:

  • Not too much salt as this might worsen swelling.
  • Avoid elevated temperatures, including saunas, steam rooms, or heated exercise sessions for 48 hours after the procedure.
